Alitalia is the posterchild of HOW NOT TO RUN AN AIRLINE. Never made a lira in profits, just billions and billions in losses every year and the Government keeping that Monster alive with subsidies.
Alitalia is the official "flying popemobile"whenever the pope travels,so whomever owns or has a stake in the company,has the catholic church on their side!!
