The scapegoats are being rounded up for eventual sacrifice. Everyone who breached their ethical obligations deserves calling out, including Forkner. But it's the CEO and senior management that should receive the harshest legal penalties. And the board of directors and Boeing ownership deserve opprobrium for hiring these jackasses and giving them their marching orders to place short term profits ahead of safety and trust.
