Nice.. did you people ever check out KTIX? space center access, next to Side rail for Florida East coast Railroad.. a very experienced workforce, and many incentives..

There are hundreds of acres and great runway any taxiway long runways with clearways for each runway. CONTROL TOWER DURNING THE DAYS instrument landing systems, ILS AND MORE..

MAYBE SOME OTHER COMPANIES WILL CONSIDER KTIX, or Space Coast Regional Airport.. nice field..
