Incredible organization at all levels of testing and delivery of a vaccine in ten months. Along the way there are likely legions of bureaucrats with footprints on their backs from being trampled thinking they could work at their normal pace. Putting a senior logistics admiral and a senior similar general in charge held accountable the whole organization parts and we are enjoying their productivity.
