As noble as your program seems there is a problem with your integrity. How do we know that you won't use it for drug running. A helicopter is the perfect machine for terrain flying. This keeps you too low for radar coverage. You could move a a ton with each load and there is no one to chase you, you just set down and wait for the DEA to go away.
