That's the whole idea. Big, fat, government contracts. How much to you think the con artists that talked someone into building a fence along the Mexican border are making at $15 million a mile? What irks me the most is that these people are the ones who whine the loudest about taxes and big government.
How true you are... follow the money. The people that developed the scanners are the ones smiling as the TSA deploys them. Most of these folks probably fly on private charters.
