I had a customer service issue with this FBO. I emailed management, and got a reply from the owner. It was clear to me, that customer service is important to him, and he will make things right. I was impressed. PACIFIC AEROSPACE 750XL |

Staff was friendly. Lineman quickly fit my fuel order into the chaos of the Op-tempo. FBO was spacious with plenty of seating.
My only complaint was difficulty getting luggage and cargo from the car to the plane. Dragging a luggage cart across the ramp did not seem safe with all the jets around. Beechcraft Bonanza (36) |
