This is of course an Avro Vulcan NOT a Rockwell Lance. The Vulcanwas one of what was known as Britain's 3 'V'Bombers, the other 2 being the Handley Page Victor and Vickers Valiant. The Vulcan was the most famous V Bomber, missions included non-stop to the Falklands return courtesy of inflight refuelling some by converted Lockheed Tr-Stars.
