BOEING 747-100 (N7470) - Anyone know what those little tags are above the reg # ? Seems to be some kind of a tax tag of sorts?

Try AZdot.gov

Certificate and decal icon. Might help narrow what it is. Looks like any renewal with some sort of fee.

Thanks guys. Yes, unfortunately, I did not notice those tags when I took the photo or else I would have zoomed in on those. Shot it with my cell phone camera which isn't the best either.
