Sikorsky MH-53E Sea Dragon (16-9020)
How’s this for a power climb? Here’s a new CH-53K King Stallion from the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 29, HMH-461 Marine Heavy Aircraft Helicopter Squadron "Iron Horse", MCAS New River, NC climbing out steep during the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) demo at the Cherry Point Air Show on 11 May 2024.

That's one big chopper!
is it normal such angle of pitch?.
MH-53E is a real badass machine

As a 'fixed-wing-only' pilot, it's hard for me to accept that such an extreme nose-down attitude is appropriate for max climb rate!
Great picture!

If I remember correctly, for such a climb attitude, it was full up collective and full forward cyclic. As a crew chief in Phrogs, PUIs (pilots under instruction) had to practice them as well.
Well folks the write up has the correct designation as a CH-53K. MH-53E were built for the US Navy as mine countermeasures aircraft designed to tow a waterborne sled to activate the mines harmlessly.
The MH-53E is easily distinguished from other 53E variants by the extremely large teardrop shaped sponsons for carrying the tremendous amount of fuel required to perform the mission mission for which it was designed.
