You definitely have the "cat bird's seat" for capturing all those B-52 Stratofortress bombers at Barksdale AFB!!!
Cliff, there are so many places to shoot the B-52's at Barksdale because of the roads that are so close to the runway. . Been so busy with work, I haven't had time to shoot much. Today the Blue Angels were up for a quite a while after the clouds broke. I took tomorrow off and am going to shoot the incoming aircraft that will be on static display. One I am looking forward to seeing is the Osprey. I have seen several coming in to the base over time but every time I was way too far to get to photograph them.
Paul... I wish you the very best of success in your photo capture of the Osprey!!! I had hoped to make the trip to Barksdale this year for the annual airshow, but looks like next year now. I'm looking forward to seeing the new photos you might share with us. Thanks!!!
