Yup, iFlyGr8 is correct. And that makes this a Lockheed Martin F-22A Block 35 Raptor.

Can you explain where the 4 comes from? I know it is the Serial Number. Just so i can get it right in the future.

And you'll find that USAF s/n 08-0166 wasn't assigned to a F-22 (nor apparently used)... and USAF s/n 08-4166 is a "match" for this aircraft.
