Beautifully restored DC-3. And this shot is a very nice juxtaposition in front gf the Art Deco style entry way of the era.
Magnificent!
Edward Rees said, "Magnificent!" I agree 100% with him. A fabulous picture! That reflection in the windows, the prop blur, the superb positioning that catches the DC3 and the terminal building .... Absolutely Awesome!! A tip of my cap to you, Donald, for this tremendous picture.
She's such a beautiful aircraft!
Sublime aeroplane.
Donald you have a winner !!
Whether in color or B&W with that background.
Plus you have the perfect Aviation Name !

What a beauty!
Still my favorite aircraft. Wonderful photograph.
Looks like a real AAL DC-3 with Wright engines and sloping piece in front of the windshields. Also would have had the pax door on the starboard side. I remember working on and flying N400D back around 1970. It was built in 1936.
Beautiful! Takes me back to KALB in 1954!!
A complete beauty
Your photo of this stalwart aircraft with it's beautiful restoration brought back a memory of my first flight with my grandmother as a 6 year old in 1947 on Hawaiian airlines from Honolulu to Hilo. Mahalo for posting the photo
