I can see that this is Swiftair. However, it certainly reminds me of the old Eastern Airlines livery.
Paul Wisgerhof - go to that block underneath the photo... to the bottom left in that block and where you see this:

Paul ... The new Eastern went belly-up last fall (in September, 2017) and SWQ obtained EAL's fleet.
