Great photo Aaron
Merci André.
A proper aeroplane.
Ah yes. Manitoba. Our fire season runs from when the last snow melts in early summer and the first snow falls in mid - summer. Typically, about 3 hours
Nice pic Aaron
Shows the cold Spring we have had.
Shows the cold Spring we have had.
Thank you for posting,
I would like to go fishing in the carabean with one of these, just think, the fish you would catch, or maybe some big beautirul lake in Canada filled with wild Walleye!
Can hardly wait for some great shots of the new CL-515.
Thank you for the kind comments everyone.
This plane appears to come from Buffalo Airways in the Northwest Territory. I've seen this plane on the T.V. series that featured Buffalo Airways called Ice Pilots. The show featured the Mc Bryan family with the father Joe(owner) and his sons. I was attracted to the show because they had a fleet of DC-3's. I don't know what's become of Buffalo Airways.
Spent a memorable day fishing on the the Winnipeg river years ago watching a group of 215s scoop water to drop on the Bernic lake fire. Thoroughly enjoyed the sound of the Pratt & Whitneys being throttled back up right beside us, a sound and experience I will never forget.
Nice photo! Except for the snow. Im so tired of winter.
@Gary Grogan. Come on over. We'll find you a nice remote lake. Unfortunately we won't be flying in with one of these.
