What type of aircraft is that?
Welcome to Anchorage! Nice to see there isn't much crosswind, for a change...
Fantastic photo! What a shot into what these pilots or I would say into the soup we shall go! Had to be the best landing I ever didn't see!
But I've got the runway in sight, at least part of it!
An impressive sight picture for someone; maybe giving another thought to the GA procedure.
Textbook approach cleared to land...
Perfect approach, no crosswind, glide slope nailed, full flaps throttle down and into the rabbit hole!!!
Looks cold down there, good pic
91.175 :)
Alasaka Baby!
Alaska Baby!
Center line...!!!! Nice final approach!!
Done that a time or two. If you’re taxiing for takeoff, it’s common to see the wingtip vortex swirls as the heavies drop through that thin layer coming toward you.
Best !
IMAGINE THE CAPTAIN, "Ladies and gentleman, welcome to Ted Stevens/ Anchorage International Airport, local time is 10:42 local, current temperature 18F"! NICE Shot!!
