Watch the Airport go dark while on the NDB approach @ night.

NDB approach to Runway 1 at KFRG Republic Airport, the lights go out a few minutes after the tower closed. We were already cleared for and established on the approach. This was the return flight from Philadelphia PA KPHL. (www.youtube.com) Mais...

that's not bad.....it is more interesting when the circuit breaker for the landing/taxi light keeps popping out....lol
