Whether you agree with the Airline or not, the dress codes are their policies. If she violates them and lets her employer be known, they have a right to take action. Now, if she doesn't, that is a different story, although she may have the deck stacked against her.
Yes if you happen to be better looking that your boss or your bosses wife look out.
So there is a reason they call it Turkey!
Get her a visa...this would be a huge upgrade at most airlines.
