Report: Delta CEO threatens to ban rude passengers for life
Delta threatens to permanently ban rude passengers, according to a travel blog quoting a memorandum to employees of the airline's CEO. "Those who refuse to show basic courtesy to our people or their fellow travelers are not welcome in Delta," Delta CEO Ed Bastian wrote. I don't understand how this gets downvoted. I applaud Delta for standing their ground and protecting ( and respecting) the rest of us, who abide by the rules.
It was submitted last week.
Great simply Great, ALL other Airlines should follow that same rule.
