Nobody is going to buy them for whatever about pay off there 5.5 billion in debt and then keep the control with the Indian goverment.

Why not knowing all the details, has anything beneficial change from the prior situation when it was up for sale? I.e. what is different now vs. 2018 when no buyer could come to terms with the seller?
