May I ask what is the difference in a very small drone and a high flying R/C plane with a very stupid controller/pilot on the ground?????

Nice how they quote a scumbag lawyer as an "aviation expert". An toy-sized RC rig will not rip off a wing (of a big plane); it'll dent your leading edge nicely and be expensive to fix. Engine ingestion would be the bigger issue.
