put 250# in the rear seat while loading the front 2 and middle 2 will put you way after - and even outside - the rear CG range on the airplane. 6 people reported in the airplane - I'm thinking overloaded and with a rear CG - lost control right after rotation.
Per the pilots social media, earned Private rating just a short time ago and only recently purchased the aircraft. Registration Pending per FAA. Social media video of them boarding showed a "party atmosphere", I would imagination a lot of distractions at a crucial moment. I'm just basing this on what I saw, not criticizing.
I own a Comanche 260C. Just like this airplane. I can only imagine where the W&B ended up on this flight
Heard 50 seconds of audio between pilot and ground control. Radio was somewhat distorted but he seemed somewhat confused based on his exchanges with the controller.
Also apparently 3 years overdue on the annual.
I don't see that reported anywhere - I see where perhaps the aircraft paperwork on transfer was not completed - but there is no way to tell whether the aircraft is out of annual without seeing the log books
