.. Noticed after posting .. It was not US ...but Swiss military .. Sorry FlightAware fans.
Impressive display nonetheless. Apparently, the Swiss intend to defend themselves and are prepared to do so if necessary.
And I thought our government wasted money! They are a neutral country and still have fighter jets!?!
You are correct, the Swiss have one of the most expensive militaries, on a per capita basis. The Swiss are armed to the teeth, but they rarely draw attention to it. Males are subject to mandatory conscription...optional for women. They have a true citizen militia.
