Icelandair to Take Two Boeing 767s, Three Bombardier Q400s

Smooth move. A little extra range and as cockpits and all are similar enough for same type rating, about all that is required is a brief orientation/transition, so it really ain't a big deal for thee pilots. By staying with Bombardier, there will be much less quirkiness and unfamiliarity for the crews as far as transitioning. Can't really speak to that but I did do the 757/767 thing and it ain't no biggie at all.
