This is what you get when you contract software to countries like India. You get crap because Boeing went to the cheresapest contractor. You will not get a reliable software from the third world software sweat shops where telephones are practically stapled to an employees ear. Remember you will get what you pay for.

If you'd bother to look past your racism and actually read all of the article, you'd see that the Indian-owned company also has offices in several Western (or to your way of thinking, "white") countries.

Regardless of what you think of the abilities of Indian programmers (who, I'm sure, could run circles around your ability to code anything), the fact remains that Boeing accepted and approved their work and is ultimately responsible for installing that software on their jets.

You're quite correct about one thing, though. We do get what we pay for and since we don't pay anything for your racist spew, that's what it's worth -- nothing.

I take issue with your accusation that I am a racist. You should get over your waspish know it all armchair attitude loonie. I have experienced terrible tech support from nations across South Asia. That is reality not racism. That is reality so don't criticize me when you know nothing about the background or topic. So shut the heck up.
