Definitely newspapers blow things out of proportion just to grab readers, that is why we tend not to believe them. How can you stuff two hundred and fourty seven ANIMALS in a suitcase including POISONOUS SNAKES 1.5 mts. long and ENDANGERED REPTILES. The czek national trying to smuggle them AND the guy who wrote the report should be stuffed with the 247 animals for at least 247 hours. (LOL!!)

When he gets out of prison I think I'll hire him to pack my suitcase. I can't seem to fit more than a weeks' worth of clothes in it at one time.

Oh wow. At least he didn't put them on his dreadlocks. But seriously, where's this guy's mama?!

Reply to chalet: Maybe he had more than one suitcase, or baby snakes, and reptiles include small lizards. IDK...

I read a couple of articles in La Nación which is Argentina'a largest and better informed newspaper and they mentioned only one suitcase but same the 247 specimens. Whatever.

Can't we just leave the small animals alone? Where is this guy's mother?

Probably on the way to meet his prospective new mother in law.
