I've always thought that the L-1011 was the better looking Tri-engine wide bodyy made in the USA

They were wonderful planes. In the 70's my parents lived/worked in Saudi Arabia and I went to school in Rome. During that time I regularly flew Saudia between Rome and Riyadh on these planes, very possibly this exact one.
