Two things, very weird to see a WWII fighter taxing with a modern airliner, but awesome. You can also see pilots checking it out. Cool pic.

I have no doubt the Captain and First Officer wish they could trade places.

Many of the other pilots were taking photos as they taxied by the Collings Foundation area on the ramp. They brought a B-17, B-25 and the only flying B-24 Liberator. It was definitely a head-turner!

5* for composition. Well done!
Looks like the pilot and copilot of the A320 are gazing enviously at the TF-51D, while the pilot and passenger in the TF-51D have no interest in looking at yet another tubeliner.
the passenger in the 'nuts 'is not relaxed at all ! did he made sky ?

I'm not a pilot but I know how I feel when I'm puttering along in the family wagon and then a corvette drives by...

Great shot! Also worth noting the connection between the TF-51's monniker and the city of origin for the A320!

@MIchael Stasnfield Or maybe it's the fact that the A321 is a common airliner and that you don't see a World War II fighter plane on your typical stroll to Raleigh/Durham Airport, just a thought.
