Really sorry this little project didn't have a more successful launch.
Doug,
Actually, the Eclipse is still in production and delivering airplanes around the world. Not sure what you mean about a "more successful launch." Cessna has just about taken its Mustang off the market and Honda is now over $5 million after a 12 year production delay.

Ken I think he means the original launch order in 02/03 was supposed to be an air taxi service in Florida. That failed idea of day jet which was a bulk of the initial orders forced eclipse into Bankruptcy and liquidation
From Wikipedia
Production of the Eclipse 500 was halted in mid-2008 due to lack of funding, and the company entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy on 25 November 2008.[3][4] The company then entered Chapter 7 liquidation on 24 February 2009.[5] After lengthy Chapter 7 procedure, Eclipse Aerospace was confirmed as the new owner of the assets of the former Eclipse Aviation on 20 August 2009 and opened for business on 1 September 2009. In October 2011 Eclipse Aerospace announced that they will put a new version of the aircraft, to be called the Eclipse 550, into production with deliveries starting in 2013.

Oh, this project is just fine. We have 7 of them and our own Certified Maintenance shop. We can't wait for the Canadas.
