I know it's only April, but it was pretty warm that day. And this shot was taken from the opposite side of the airport. So,there is quite a bit of heat distortion. But I wanted to include a shot of Nine-O-Nine on its landing roll-out. Sometimes a long lens comes in handy!
I got to take a ride in Nine-O-Nine in April of 2011 at KAVQ. It was a great and unforgettable experience! I'm deeply saddened by the loss of Nine-O-Nine and even more so by the loss of the passengers and crew. My prayers and condolences to all the survivors and the families and friends of those who were lost.
