Photo taken on 5 months before leaving this set of clothing behind. (27 June 1985).
Delivered Alitalia 19 April 1974 (46 years).
Transferred 27 June 1985 to Eastern Airlines EAL (N391EA).
Transferred Sept 1990 to Continental Airlines (N13067).
Scrapped in 2012.

Shame Alitalia is having difficulties but maybe the country might bail them out as a state asset... very nice photo displaying how nice Alitalia made their planes look though.... anyone remember their DC6 and DC7 ....

Thanks guys for the comments. Pity about the airline itself, such a proud history. Hopefully their government can help because none of us want to see companies fall over and the fallout from that.
