Airbus A320 (N586JB)
JetBlue's "I Love Blue York" (N586JB), the "I Love New York" special paint, is just about to touch the nose wheel to the runway as it comes past my spotting position while landing at Reno Tahoe International after a morning flight from Long Beach's Daugherty Field (KLGB).

I'd missed this special livery two times in the past, so this was a case of Third Time Lucky. Now I'm on the watch for the newly-repainted NY Jets scheme (and, if Lady Luck comes through for me again, "Blueprint" ...).

Hey, Mark, howdy. And Thanx for the compli. Focal range was only 90mm. I was standing right next to the runway ... on the rocks between 16R-34L and 16L-34R ... a step or two off of Juliet Taxiway at the HOLD line for crossing 16R. It is a superb location because the arrivals touch down right in front of me ... the PAPI unit is a few steps away from me to my right.
