Does anyone one know the length and wingspan of these RC-135K, how do they compare with a civilian 707-100, or a 720. Thank you.
Chalet, according to Wikipedia, the dimensions are:
RC135: length 136ft 3in, wingspan 130ft 10in.
B707-120B: length 145ft 1in, wingspan 130ft 10in
B720: length 136ft 2in, wingspan 130ft 10in
RC135: length 136ft 3in, wingspan 130ft 10in.

The bulges on the cheeks of the fuselage conceal antenna of some sort.

Many moons ago I was assigned to a unit that had the RC 135S Cobra Ball- stationed out at beautiful Shemya Alaska. Those aircraft were used to track Russian Missile Launches off the Kamchatka Peninsula. Another job taken over by satellites
