The R7 is a great camera but pairing with with a Tamron lens is like spending $20 grand on a McIntosh receiver and playing it trough $50 Walmart speakers. The R7 is only going to show you what it sees through the lens.

The Tamron 70-200 G2 is an incredibly sharp and competent lens. I swapped it for a Canon EF 70-200 II L a few weeks ago, and honestly, I see virtually no image quality improvements. The autofocus is certainly a smidge more reliable, and the stabilization is a bit more consistent (particularly in panning modes), but this lens served me very well and I am incredibly pleased with the results I got from it. The first 20ish photos on my account when sorted by views were taken with this lens and the accompanying Tamron 150-600 G2 that I owned for a long time, so I think the lens' results speak for themselves.

Regardless of the equipment you use, you have really creative vision when it comes to framing the pic before snapping it. You also include many different angles and subjects within a photo. Keep up the good work.
